Our booking system lets you request an appointment with a specific barber. Submitting a request does not guarantee availability. The selected barber may accept or decline the appointment based on their schedule. You will receive a notification once the barber responds.

You are responsible for providing accurate contact information so we can reach you about your appointment. Cancellations or changes should be made by calling the shop directly.

Payment for services is due directly to your barber in person after the service is complete unless the shop has separately authorized and communicated another payment method.

You agree to use this site only for lawful purposes. You may not misuse the booking system, attempt to access restricted areas, interfere with other users, or use the site to transmit harmful or unauthorized content.

We reserve the right to refuse service, cancel bookings, or suspend site access for conduct that violates these terms or disrupts our business.

By providing your mobile phone number and booking an appointment, you opt in to receive text messages from Supremes Unisex Barbershop related to your appointment, including:

• Appointment confirmation and booking alerts.
• Barber accept/decline notifications.
• Appointment reminders and status updates.
• Help and opt-out confirmation messages.

Opt-in: Consent is obtained when you enter your mobile number and submit an appointment request or complete barber onboarding. You are not required to receive SMS messages to use the site, but booking alerts and status updates depend on a valid phone number.

Message frequency: Message frequency varies based on appointment activity.

Rates: Message and data rates may apply. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Opt-out: Reply STOP to any message to cancel. After you send STOP, you will no longer receive SMS notifications from us.

Barbers who are onboarded to receive booking alerts may receive SMS messages when a customer requests an appointment. Barber replies such as YES, ACCEPT, NO, or DECLINE are used to update the appointment status. Barbers may opt out by replying STOP.

The site and booking services are provided as-is. We make reasonable efforts to keep information accurate, but we do not guarantee availability, pricing, or that messages will always be delivered without delay. Hours, services, and prices may change; please call ahead to confirm.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Supremes Unisex Barbershop is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or services.

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the revised terms.
